Your inspection checks the toilet, available space, water supply and power connections. Installation is included with purchase, subject to site suitability and your quote. Any additional work is agreed in advance.

    Compare suitable models, seat shapes and control options with Klein.

  3. Product sourcing

    Your quote sets out the chosen product, availability and expected timing.

  4. Sydney delivery

    Agree on local delivery arrangements and timing with Klein.

  5. Installation included with purchase

    The installation follows the scope agreed in your quote, including any additional work your bathroom needs.

  6. Post-installation support

    Contact Klein with questions about using or caring for your bidet. Your quote will explain support arrangements and any service costs.
